Initial Intake Session

In a secure virtual environment, we will gather information on your history and background, review your goals and concerns, and collaborate to create a treatment plan.

Individual Therapy

Talk Therapy. These sessions are designated for individuals to process and explore their feelings, thoughts and behaviors in order to facilitate change and build their skill-set. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly. Please note that an initial intake must be completed prior to beginning individual therapy services. At this time I am self pay only and offer a limited amount of reduced fee options.

Emotional Support Animal Letters & Documentation

I offer a limited amount of reduced fee sessions for ESA documentation. This process requires 2 sessions, the first consisting of a biopsychosocial assessment and the second consisting of a review as to how your animal plays a role in your mental health. These letters should be kept current and I recommend renewing annually. All details of my licensure and contact information will be provided to you digitally and a physical copy sent via USPS. I can complete your annual renewal as needed. See the ESA FAQ for detailed information.

90-120 mins over the span of 2 sessions | $150

Clinical Supervision for LSWs

The LCSW requires at least 2 years (or 3,000 hours) of professional post-degree and full-time work in a supervised capacity. This includes at least four (4) hours per month of supervision and evaluation under an LCSW. If your current place of employment doesn’t offer supervision services and you need a competent, supportive supervisor, I can help. Please let me know if you need to be considered for a sliding scale fee for supervision services.
